Beautiful pool area was enjoyable.

My experience was very disappointing. We were informed that we could not have the room we initially booked, forcing us to stay in an obstructed view room instead. This lack of flexibility and accommodation overshadowed the positives.

this stay was truly unforgettable! celebrating our anniversary here exceeded all previous experiences in puerto vallarta, especially with the gorgeous views and exceptional staff. every moment was a delight, and the comfortable grand suite made our time even more special.

pool towels were often unavailable.

The pools were spacious and clean, and I enjoyed the daily bingo games organized by the staff. I felt like royalty when Jamie the pool concierge checked on us every day and made awesome dining recommendations!

great resort but needs room for improvement

The resort is beautiful with comfortable accommodations that met my family's needs. The staff at guest services were nice and attentive, which enhanced our experience greatly. We especially loved the stunning sea view from our balcony, making our evenings relaxing and picturesque.

While the overall experience was enjoyable, the check-in process was a bit disorganized and could be smoother.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially lounging by the massive pool and unwinding at the beach access. The atmosphere was super relaxing with plenty of sun loungers to kick back on. The only hiccup was having to move rooms due to a small leak, but honestly, our new spot had a fantastic view! 🌴

Additionally, I encountered a frustrating issue where my room key needed frequent reprogramming, which required long treks back to the lobby without any easy resolutions in sight.

Great location near the marina! Our room was a Grand Suite with a spacious layout and a cozy seating area. Loved the sliding glass door to the outside hot tub. Daily maid service kept everything clean. The pools were inviting and the beach area was well-maintained. Food at the pool bar was decent and staff was super attentive.

The location of Club Regina shines bright, just a short stroll to the marina with its vibrant shops and restaurants. The beach area, while small, remained clean and well-kept during my stay. The pools are spacious and perfect for lounging, although I wished for more shade options. I found the rooms a bit dated, especially for a timeshare. I specifically booked a suite with a jetted hot tub, but received a different room at first, which was frustrating. Customer service fluctuated throughout. Some staff members were friendly, while others didn’t show much enthusiasm, especially at the front desk where communication could be a challenge. I encountered billing issues at check-in that took extra time to sort out. The restaurant options seemed limited, and I was disappointed when they discontinued the breakfast buffet after my first day. I had a pleasant stay, but the inconsistencies made it less enjoyable than expected.

The beautifully landscaped grounds, along with accessible walking paths, made our stay truly enjoyable. I loved the serene pools, the ocean views from our spacious balcony, and the vibrant, contemporary artwork that adorned the common areas.

More shaded areas around pools would be ideal.
